Stephen Robinson's Readings

Answer:  Normally it takes a couple of days to a week.  It always best to call in advance to schedule your reading with Stephen, as he books ahead.  If you call with the expectation that you will get an immediate reading that day, you probably will be disappointed, because Stephen is not on call 24-hours per day.  If you want an on-the-spot reading, it is best to call someone else.  You will find that the best psychics, who give quality readings are those that are booked in advance; they do not do on-the-spot readings.

2.  What if I have an emergency and need an appointment today?

Answer:  Stephen's office will try to accommodate your request for an immediate reading as best as possible.  If he is booked, his secretary will make an appointment for you for the soonest available slot.  Your name will be put on a cancellation call list.  If another client cancels before your scheduled appointment, you will be called and offered that sooner appointment.

3.  Can I book a reading by emailing your office or Stephen directly?

Answer:  No.  Because we must speak to you via telephone to schedule your appointment in advance, we do not accept email requests for readings.  In order to be adequately prepared for your reading and in order to get the best and most accurate reading possible, we need to speak to you.

4.  I don't want my significant other to find out I'm coming for a reading.  If I leave my name and number with you, can I be assured that the information I provide will be held in confidence.

Answer:  Of course.  All information provided to our office--your name and phone number as well as your address (if you want us to mail you information) is kept strictly confidential.  We do not sell addresses, give them away or tell others that you have called us or that you are on our mailing list.  When we call you to confirm your appointment, we will speak to you only and will not identify the purpose of our call to others who may answer your telephone.

5.  You ask your clients to bring photos with them.  If I don't have photos of people that I have questions about, will I still get an accurate reading.

Answer:  You will get an accurate reading with or without photos.  However, it is to your advantage to bring photos with you.  More psychic information is obtained with a photo, than with any other tangible that you could provide.  So do your best to bring a photo if you want more information from Stephen.  If you don't have a photo, you might want to take one before your reading.  If that is not possible you may substitute a photo by bringing handwriting or an object the person owns with you.  In general it is best to bring photos of other people you have questions about.  Photos may be cut out of publications, printed from your computer printer or they can be quality processed photos that you get from a lab.  They may also be group shots and very old photos of the person you want to know about.
